There will be three Navarres (interior unit) available.  This floorplan is 1,636 square feet and features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a 1-car garage.  The sales price for this Moderate 2- Income category is $264,660and requires a deposit of $9,263.  This home will be built in the Florida Mediterranean elevation style.  

There will be four Graytons (exterior unit) available.  This floorplan is 1,637 square feet and features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a 2-car garage.  The sales price for this Middle Income category is $312,780 and requires a deposit of $10,947.  This home will be built in the Florida Mediterranean elevation style.  

All homes are part of the Palm Beach County Workforce Housing program which carries a 15-year restriction. This restriction will require annual reporting and limitations on future sales and the ability to rent the property.  This program is intended for use as a long-term primary residence.  

These homes have started construction and we anticipate completion in the August to October time frame.

Sales Process

To make an offer for this release, the following items must be submitted:

  • PBC workforce housing program certificate and fully executed award letter
  • Proof of funds for the required down payment (copy of bank statement, 401k statement or IRA statement or combination showing funds)
  • Your preferred floorplan from the list above
  • Broker Registration Form (if applicable)
  • Current loan mortgage pre-approval letter

Proof of funds, your home selection and loan pre-approval must match your award letter.    

Submissions will be accepted on Wednesday, April 13th from 9am to 5pm and Thursday, April 14th from 9am to 5pm.

Offers submitted before or after these dates will not be considered for the first release.  Incomplete offers will not be considered so please make sure your application has all items needed.

The buyers will be notified between April 19th and 22nd.   Buyers will have 3 business days to execute the sales contract provided by Pulte and provide their down payment.
